This menu contains shortcuts to some of the hidden utilities that are shipped with your Windows installation, such as the Registry Editor, Dr Watson or the System File Checker. These programs often don't have shortcuts on the Start Menu, and can be quite useful when used correctly. Warning: Some of these programs (such as the Registry Editor) can cause serious problems with your computer if they are used incorrectly. If you are not sure about using a program, don't use it. Xteq Systems cannot be held responsible if you make a serious mistake while using any of these programs.
Click on one of the items below to find out what it does:
This takes you to the Options dialog, where you can add, delete or edit items on the Programs menu (when the dialog has opened, click on the 'Programs' tab). The number of programs available varies depending on which operating system you have. You can also add more programs by using the 'Programs' tab in the Options dialog - for more information about this see the Options dialog topic.
You can also do this by pressing F12 on your keyboard.
These are the items that you have added to the menu (though there are some default items that are provided by X-Setup to get you started). Clicking on the item will take you to that plug-in.
